Meet Mark Heinrich

Mark W. Heinrich,  Mark is a lifelong Tulsan, graduating from Westminster College, Fulton, Missouri with a BA in Accounting.  Mark served in the United States Army as a Captain in the 486th Civil Affairs BN., Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and retired in 1996. Mark is married to his high school sweetheart Jenny and has four beautiful children.  Mark’s passion for his work which includes over 25 years in the Financial Services Industry started as an Oklahoma State Bank Examiner. Mark examined banks throughout Oklahoma gaining a vast knowledge and experience on Bank investments, Small Business and Family Investments. Mark started with UBS Wealth Management, a global investment firm. Mark served as a Financial Consultant specializing in Federal Benefits & Wealth Management for federal employees, individuals and families. Additionally, Mark has served as President & CEO of GRF Capital Investors Inc., for over 15 years,  a 34-year-old Broker Dealer headquartered in Tulsa, OK.  After licensing as a Series 28 General Securities Principal, Mark focused on market-driven investments for individuals and their families.

Mark expanded his financial practice to become a federal retirement advocate.  With over eighteen years working with federal employees, Mark has counseled hundreds of individuals and families on their federal retirement benefits to allow them to have successful retirements as they enter into the next chapter of their lives.  Mark is a licensed Series 7 Stockbroker, and also holds Series 24 and 28 licenses.  Mark joined Chelsea in 2023.
